Bulmers Secret Orchard - Event Terms and Conditions

1.      By booking tickets and attending one of the Bulmers SecretOrchard On Trade Events in 2023 (the “Events”), the participant and any guests will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms andConditions. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

 

2.      The Promoter: The promoter for these events is Bulmers Limited (Annerville, Clonmel, Tipperary, Ireland).

 

3.      The Events:

 

a.      All attendees at the Events shall be over the age of 18. Proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) may be required in line with venue licensing requirements. The venues reserve the right to refuse entry /service to any attendee, and the Promoter shall not be liable in this event.

 

b.      The Promoter reserves the right to amend the date or venue of any of the Events. If this happens, we will inform you via email to the email address provided at the time of booking.

 

4.      Ticketing:

a.      Tickets for the Events are free of charge and will be available for booking via www.secretorchard.bulmers.ie/gigs  on a first come, first served basis.  Booking a ticket does not guarantee entry. Entry beyond 10pm is not guaranteed.

 

b.     To book tickets simply visit the website and click through to book tickets. You will then be taken to a web-page which embeds an EventBrite event. Please follow the booking instructions. Once you have input the required information, you will then receive an eTicket to the email address provided. If you don’t see the eTicket, please check your junk/SPAM mailbox, and if you have not received it within the24 hours prior to the Event please contact Eventbrite on irelandbulmers@gmail.com. It is attendees’ responsibility to ensure you have access to the eTicket in order to attend the Event.

 

c.      Maximum of 2 tickets per booking. Tickets are not to be made available for resale.

 

5.      General

a.       The Promoter accepts no responsibility for, and no compensation will be given for, any cancellations, changes to the line-up, dates or venues for any Event. In attending the Events, attendees must follow any Government travel guidelines in place at the time. Attendees acknowledge that they may be required to provide proof of COVID-19 status and/or proof of vaccination against COVID-19, and that they may be refused entry to the Event if they are unable to provide the required proof.  

 

b.       The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or notarising from any person’s negligence) in connection with any Event, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable bylaw.

 

c.      Participants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet. These costs may vary so please check with your service provider for current charges. Participants should seek the permission of the person paying the bill before entering.

 

d.     The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Event booking and for no other purpose unless we have your consent (for example, if specific consent has been given for us to contact you with marketing messages which may be of interest to you).Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to  GDPR@candcgroup.com. Data collected for the purposes of the Event booking will be stored for three months after the promotion end date before deletion. By completing an Event booking, you agree to the use of your personal as described here.

 

e.      Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Irish law and the Courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction.
