Bulmers - Taste of Dublin – Giveaway Terms and Conditions 2024

Summary Terms

  1. Promoter: Bulmers Limited. ROI only. 18+.Promotional period: 28.05.2024 to 23.59 10.06.2024. Full terms in bio.

  2. This competition is only open to residents of the Republic of Ireland (“ROI”) aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.  
  3. This competition runs from 28.05.2024 to 23:59 10.06.2024 (the “Promotional Period”). Any entries received outside the Promotional Period will be void.
  4. The Promoter is Bulmers Limited, trading as Bulmers Ireland, registered in Ireland under number1986 whose registered office is at Annerville, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, Ireland.This competition is not open to employees of the Promoter or any member of theC&C Group, their families, agents, clients, suppliers, retailers, merchants and associates.  
  5. No purchase necessary. Free to enter.  
  6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Any additional entries will be disqualified.  
  7. To enter, participants need to complete to contact form at SignUp | Bulmers Secret Orchard and they will be entered into the competition  
  8. Internet access required. Participants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet.  These costs may vary so please check with your service provider for current charges. Participants should seek the permission of the person paying the bill before entering.
  9. There are 3 prizes available, each prize consisting of X1 pair of tickets to the Taste of Dublin festival evening slot on Thursday 13th, Friday 14th or Saturday 15th June 2024. The dates will be allocated to winners in the order they are selected and are not transferrable. Travel to and from the festival, as well as any insurance that the winner may consider necessary, is not included. The prize will be subject to the Taste of Dublin festival terms, and the organiser of the event refuses the right to refuse entry according to these terms.
  10. The winner will be chosen by random selection on 11.06.2024. The Promoter reserves the right toa second round of screening in order to confirm details are apt ahead of prize confirmation. Prizes will only be allocated to the winners. Proof of entering is not accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter is not liable for non- or late receipt of any entry/promotion, due to operator or network error or for any associated cost to Participants.
  11. The winners will be contacted by email on 11.06.2024. In the event the winner is uncontactable in the first instance, we will endeavour to try and make contact with them for up to 24 hours after our initial attempt, in which case if we have not heard back from them, the winner’s prize entitlement is waived and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner. It is the responsibility of entrants to monitor their junk / spam folders to ensure they don’t miss any correspondence from the Promoter.
  12. Each prize must be taken as offered and cannot be exchanged. No part or parts of the prize maybe substituted for other benefits, items or additions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions. Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
  13. Winners may be requested to participate in unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter.
  14. This promotion is administered on behalf of the Promoter by Goosebump Limited (the “Administrator”).
  15. Data Protection Notice: We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy (a copy of which can be found at https://www.bulmers.ie/policies/data-protection-statement) and by registering and entering into the promotion, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. You acknowledge that thePromoter will pass such information to the Administrator as outlined in these terms and conditions. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to GDPR@candcgroup.com. Unless you have opted in to receive direct marketing from the Promoter, data will be stored for three months after the promotion end date until before deletion.   16. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or amend the details of the competition and right to award different prizes of equal or greater value.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel the prize without notice as it may reasonably require if circumstances make this unavoidable.
  18. The Promoter is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to the entrant that is caused by any circumstance beyond its reasonable control or by any actor omission of any third party although it will always use reasonable endeavours to minimise any entrant disappointment.
  19. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
  20. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the prize draw are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. ThePromoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of the offer and the promotion, except that the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter.
  21. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Irish law and the Courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction.
